About this notice
This notice describes information handling on the ILeven public website. It applies to browsing, service enquiries and optional launch updates. My ILeven is an upcoming product and does not currently provide account or customer-record functionality here.
Information you choose to provide
When online submissions are enabled, enquiry forms request your name, email and a short description of the help you need. Launch updates request an email address and your agreement to receive those updates. Please do not submit identity documents, financial files, medical information, passwords or confidential client records through these forms.
Purpose and consent
Enquiry information is used to understand and respond to the request. A launch-update signup is used for that product or tool’s updates. Submitting a service enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. You can withdraw permission for launch updates through the reply or unsubscribe route supplied with those communications.
Browsing and attribution
The website does not install an analytics provider or advertising tracker by default. It can carry campaign tags between pages and attach the source page, landing page and referrer origin to a submitted enquiry. Campaign tags, the first landing page and referrer origin are stored in your browser session for up to 30 minutes so an enquiry can retain its source. This implementation does not use cross-session advertising identifiers or store form entries in that session record. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website.
Service providers and retention
If submissions are enabled, the configured delivery service and authorised people handling your enquiry receive the information. It should be retained only for the request, an agreed engagement or an applicable record-keeping need. A separate service agreement should explain additional processing required for client work.
Your choices
Do not submit a form if you do not want to share its information. You may request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, or withdraw launch-update permission, through the available ILeven contact route. Where online delivery is not enabled, the form clearly states that nothing is sent.
Contact and changes
Use the contact page for privacy questions when its delivery route is available. Material changes to website information handling will be reflected in this notice before the changed processing is introduced.
